“Retired from the Military, I chose to embark in a second career, where I graduated with honours as a Registered Massage Therapist in early 2019. I owned my own practice and worked at a Physio Clinic in the Quinte Region prior to relocating to Cornwall in July of 2020. Massage therapy for me is a therapeutic or relaxation treatment, working with the clients and their conditions or their physical dysfunction and pain to optimize their health and well being or to relieve their stress. I have been continuing my education with massage therapy colleges and university courses in health and medicine in order to grow and assist clients with their health and making themselves a priority.”

Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Certified in Shoulder, Lumbar and Pelvic Dysfunctions. Educated in Perinatal Nutrition and Lifestyle in Pregnancy and Pelvic Health, Indie Head Massage.
